Catalyst’s specialty is connecting donors to needs the world over. We leverage our connections and volunteers based in the areas we serve to constantly seek out new projects to support.
What We’ve Achieved
Having successfully ran our various programs for 20 years and more, one of our greatest achievements is consistency.
Our consistency helps us network. We have good relationships with government officials and local municipal directors. This translates as growth in our current opportunities and reaching into the lives and ministries of people far beyond the realm of our base location.
Many special-needs children have grown into adults whose world is centered around the government institutions where Catalyst for Kids has our programs. Because they live in these facilities where we help take care of them, they know that they have friends around the world who care about them. Orphaned children we knew as 2-year-olds are now a part of a family-like community.
Our work is long-enduring but a continual growth and expansion that stems from the trust and support of our donors.
We always follow up. Though there may be short-term teams visiting Ukraine through CFK, we maintain a consistent connection with every ministry we support. In fact, we are seeing a second generation of individuals who grew up with or benefitted from ministries started 20 to 30 years ago and are now getting involved themselves or getting their children involved.
