As we do not have any salaried employees, we also are not exposed to many opportunities for funds to be misused or misappropriated under the guise of employee expenditures.

So how do we get anything done?

In Ukraine we have numerous volunteers and on-the-ground employees under our various programs such as our project organizer, local ladies that provide learning programs and therapy in orphanages, those who visit hospitals and travel to communities affected by the war, village pastors serving their parishioners and communities, and many other individuals and organizations. We do not provide salaries but support them in their hearts work by providing in part or whole what is needed for them to effectively serve others.
